We cannot guarantee the life of balloons placed outdoors. The current weather conditions on the day of your event CAN impact the performance of the balloon. We are not responsible for balloons placed outdoors that deflate, pop, or oxidize due to circumstances beyond our control like environmental conditions, weather conditions (sun,heat,rain,wind etc.. ) We always do our best to ensure the best performance and longevity prior to placement. Refunds or partial refunds will NOT be issued for balloons placed outdoors.
Once balloons have left the premises, we are no longer responsible for them. We are happy to assist you with a repurchase but we will not replace damaged goods once they have left the building. In this case there are no refunds.
Do not breathe helium from a balloon. Helium is not toxic nor flammable, but breathing it can result in loss of consciousness due to insufficient oxygen. Most of our latex helium balloons are treated with Hi-Float and while it is non-toxic, you don’t want to put it in your lungs either! Do not release balloons outdoors. Releasing balloons into the environment is littering and Power failures can result if these balloons become entangled in electric lines. Popped latex balloons present a choking hazard for small children. Do not leave small children unaccompanied with balloons.
Depending on the type and size, the price for helium will vary. We are not responsible for balloons that pop while we inflate them, because we can not guarantee the quality of the balloons purchased outside of K2 Balloons. We will however do our best to make them look great and last long! In the case of damaged balloons we do not offer replacements or refunds.
If you want to purchase an arch or garland please allow at least 2 weeks before the party. This will help us if we need to order any colors that we may not have on hand. We ask that you pay a $50 non-refundable deposit to hold your date. Thank you!!!
